*The “Max Value” is the estimated value of the card once it has been graded, which is how PSA calculate their charges.
ETAs are current estimates of wait times which vary based on PSA’s work load and service level used. ETAs start once a submission has entered into PSAs physical system. Card submissions will be sent to PSA from our office at the beginning of each month. PSAs listed “complete through dates” can change without warning, and as such, our team will do their best to keep our submitters updated with any changes.
Postage and Insurance of all submissions sent to and from PSA and our office are covered within the above listed pricing guide. Import fee/Duty charges and postage for the return of slabs to their owners will be calculated individually based on your order and the expected import charges.
When you are ready to submit cards for grading, let the team know and they will supply you with a mailing address for your submission. Once received, we confirm the items you have sent before we prepare them for PSA. (For your peace of mind, send a photo of the cards you are sending to our inbox prior to posting them).
Each card will be given a fresh sleeve and card saver. We then research and price check each card, carefully entering their relevant information into the database to have them submitted correctly. (This is typically done within 48 hours of receiving your cards and is all included within the grading cost).
A unique order number will then be generated which invoices your submission which includes information relating to each card and the associated service levels used.
Ideally we aim to have submission payments fulfilled within 30 days of us first receiving your cards. Further extensions for high cost submissions or in times of unexpected financial hardship can be worked out on a case by case basis. We will do what we can, as always.
