How long will it take?

it can be anywhere from as long as 30-90+ business days once PSA accept items depending on the service level used

What gets insured?

your cards will be insured to the value you or we determine based off current market values between our office and PSA

How do I determine the max value?

the “Max Value” is estimated based on the condition of the item and the expected grade it will receive, which is how PSA calculate their charges

What do our prices include?

our pricing for each service level covers the resources (fresh sleeves and card savers) used to prepare each item along with researching and price checks for each individual item and handling all paperwork

Where do I mail my items for grading?

once you have purchased grading slots through our services an email confirmation will be sent guiding you of the next steps along with mailing info, for further questions send a message via the “Contact us” form located on our website or you can contact us through our Facebook page

How do I pay for my items to be graded?

you can purchase grading slots directly on our website for the service level required prior to mailing items in, alternatively once you send in your items and we have processed them a copy of the submission order will be provided which will have the payment total and options to pay with

What do the postage costs cover?

the postage costs set out by us cover the return express postage + signature on delivery of your items back to you once graded, insurance for the return of items is charged separately and the responsibility of the owner to request if needed
