The “Max Value” is the estimated value of the pack once it has been graded which is how PSA calculate their charges.

ETAs are current estimates of wait times which vary based on PSA’s workload and service level used, ETAs start once a submission has entered into PSAs physical system.

Pack Grading submissions will be sent to PSA from our office every 6-8 weeks.

PSAs listed “complete through dates” can change without warning and as such our team will do their best to keep our submitters updated with any changes.

Postage and Insurance of all submissions sent to and from PSA and our office are covered within the listed pricing for the service level picked.

Import fee/Duty charges and postage for the return of slabs to their owners will be calculated individually based on your order and any import charges including insurance cover needed once items are back from PSA.

When you are ready to submit packs for grading simply select which service level you would like to use along with how many items selected in quantity you will be submitting and once you have checked out an email confirmation will be sent guiding you with the next steps.

Once we have received your order, we will notify you and your package will be stored safely remaining sealed until ready to process the items you have sent.

Each pack will be given a fresh sleeve and card saver we then begin research and price checks of each item carefully entering their relevant information into the database to have them submitted correctly. (This is typically done within 7-14 days of receiving and confirming your items and is all included within the grading cost).

A unique order number will then be generated for the invoice & your submission which includes information relating to each item and the associated service levels used if not selected prior to sending items in to us, if you do select the wrong service levels we will adjust things accordingly and advise of any changes.

Ideally we aim to have submission payments fulfilled within 15 business days of us supplying your submission order copy if you haven’t purchased grading slots direct from our website, Further extensions for high-cost submissions or in times of unexpected financial hardship can be worked out on a case-by-case basis we will do what we can as always.
